Golf Club: Hal's Hole in One Golf (Super NES)

Hello and welcome to another episode of Defunct Games Golf Club, my name is Cyril Lachel and today we're going to take a look at Hal's Hole in One Golf on the Super Nintendo. I'll admit, this has been a rough few weeks on the golf tour. So far my best score is 10 over par, and last week I hit +19. That's no good. Even with this uplifting music in the background, I'll confess to being a little bummed out by my performance. Who knows, maybe Hole in One Golf will be my thing. Let's find out.

I mentioned at the start of this review marathon that golf is one sport that's very conducive to video games. The reason I mentioned before is that real golf is a very expensive and time-consuming activity. Another reason why golf is great for video games is that the set-up of the sport itself leaves plenty of room for gonzo concepts that would never show up on a real course.
