Dark Years - Great Moments in Bad Acting
By Cyril Lachel     |   Posted on October 17, 2015   |   Episode 9 (Show Archive)

Based on true events, Dark Years is set right before the 1953 Iran coup that brought Reza Shah back into power. It's deadly serious subject matter that is told from the perspective of an Iranian developer. There's only one problem -- the voice acting is unintentionally hilarious.

To help demonstrate my point, I have assembled a collection of Dark Years' cheesiest moments. Here you'll see voice actors sounding out English words and mumbling their way through questionably translated dialog. It's time to honor another entry in Great Moments in Bad Acting.
