Great Moments in Bad Acting
House of the Dead 2's Ridiculous Moments
By Cyril Lachel     |   Posted on February 18, 2013   |   Episode 3 (Show Archive)

Welcome to Great Moments in Bad Acting, your weekly history lesson about terrible voice acting. Join us as we spend the next two months making fun of some of the best bad acting ever committed to a video game. We'll be looking at crummy full-motion video games, overhead shooters, survival horror and even light gun shooters. All in an attempt to honor some of the hammiest acting you've ever heard.

This week we're looking at one of Sega's best light gun games. That's right, it's House of the Dead 2. While not very deep, this arcade shooter's story is memorable for all the wrong reasons. Most of it comes down to the terrible acting job of Goldman. It's hard to believe this was actually read by a human being. See for yourself when you watch the 10 Most Ridiculous Moments in House of the Dead 2.

Next Week: Think a TurboGrafx-CD game can't be as bad as Last Alert? Then you haven't suffered through Valis III. Next week, we'll give the villain three minutes to explain his master plan. Trust me, he'll need that long to figure out what he's doing. It's the 10 Most Ridiculous Things Said in Valis III, debuting next Monday, February 28. See you then!
