Devil's Crush

All things considering, it's hard to recreate pinball games for the home market. Pinball fans are a proud bunch, they stand by their pinball games like they were classic cars. Many will argue, you cannot recreate pinball on a game system, you need to have the feel, the sounds, the ability to actually move the board. Knowing what they had to work with, the folks at Naxat/Red have actually come up with a convincing pinball game that even your dad will like.

Devil's Crush is the sequel to Alien Crush. This game plays more on doing things you would not be able to do with a conventional board, than it does on being faithful to the games of yesteryear. What we have here is a pinball game filled to the brim with mini games and a surprisingly interactive board.

The sounds are atrocious, and the graphics are acceptable at best ... but it's a pinball game. A pinball game cannot be judged based on cosmetics, it can only be based on whether or not you would come back and still do knew and fun things. And in that regards, Devil's Crush works.

If you're looking for a fun multiplayer Turbo game that bridges the age gap, look no further. If you're looking for a deep RPG ... look elsewhere.
