Over the years my main complaint with portable casino games was that they only offered a few games. When I first saw Lynx Casino I was mildly impressed, but it wasn't until I went back and really dug through the game that I realized just how flawed the game really is.

You see, while Lynx Casino appears to have a whole bunch of games, including Slots, Roulette, Black Jack, Craps, and Video Poker, it's odd that a few other games weren't included. Why no straight poker?

Another strange concept found in this game is how completely void of fun several of the games are. Personally, I may be biased, I am not a big fan of Craps or Roulette, but even the Video Poker is not much fun here. In fact, the only game I really enjoyed was the Black Jack table.

Unlike better casino games Lynx Casino has a horrible interface. Just one example is how difficult it is to chain bet. That is, if you are playing black jack and you win or lose, you have to go through three sets just to bet again. Other games give you a one button re-bet, you should only be so lucky here.

There is a lot of humor and personality, here, though. Lynx Casino came through with a few laughs. Elvis is here, and the drunk who has passed out on the poker table. Your character has a cool stride, and it really looks like this game is a lot of fun. Problem is, it's looks are better than it's interface.

But, if you can get over a few bugs, Lynx Casino is a fun casino simulator. It won't keep you away from Las Vegas, but it will help you before you get there!
