Tips & Tricks
[ Publisher: Larry Flynt | Price: $5.99 | Format: Cheat Codes ]
Today we're taking a look at Tips & Tricks, a magazine devoted entirely to publishing strategies, cheat codes and tricks. It was also a spin-off of VideoGames magazine, which in turn was a spin-off of Video Games & Computer Entertainment. Learn useless facts like that when you watch today's episode of 29 Magazines of Christmas.

Excerpt: Tips & Tricks ran between 1993 and 2007, with many issues boasting that their pages held thousands of codes. While Electronic Gaming Monthly and GamePro were forced to talk exclusively about the newest games, Tips & Tricks could devote months (even years) to the same game. As long as a game like Mortal Kombat was popular, a magazine like this could continue to run codes and strategies month after month after month.

On Tomorrow's Episode: Come back tomorrow when we'll take a look at 3: For 3DO Enthusiasts, a magazine that was dedicated to Trip Hawkins short-lived multimedia console. Find out if 3 was a perfect 10 when you tune in to Saturday's episode of 29 Magazines of Christmas. Still want more? Don't forget to check out last year's 29 Questionable Power-Ups of Christmas. And don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel, that way you'll never miss a video. See you tomorrow.
